Parker Jr. High School in 7th grade & Always had a Smile as WE became a Family with the Joining of Elementary Schools doing Segregation! Even through She Moved to California in 9th Grade, that Union held True as She Returned Many Years Later & Still Does! She will always be a Member of RMSH "71." She will Truly be Missed!

Ms. Effie, You will be remembered for your warm and bright smile, sense of style, and caring and loving heart. Hearing your voice, would put a smile on my face when I would see you as a child and hear you say, "Hey Tash!" You always greeted me with a hug and a kiss on my right cheek, even as an adult, the greeting was always the same. You now have your wings and you are in the loving hands of the Lord. I know you knew you were loved and will continue to be loved, missed, and always remember. I promise to always stay in touch and continue the loving relationship with my brother, Xavier (Tony) or as you lovingly referred to him, Po' Boy (LOL).
