We have so many fond memories of Pete. As a child, Pete & his family would stop by for a quick visit when coming back to NC with his family to visit his mother-in-law, Aunt Alice. He was such a positive gentleman that served our country for many years with honors. He loved to laugh, cook,& entertain. Just being in his prescence was a joy because of his radiant smile, words of wisdom & uplifting words. The Porter & Lynch family, we send our deepest sympathy with you in the days ahead. We're wishing you much needed strength & the Lords comfort in the days ahead knowing how much your lived one meant to so many. May his kind, generous, caring soul rest in eternal peace. Farwell Pete,the life u lived & the fond memories you left will never be forgotten. Our thoughts & prayers will be with you(family) for many years to come. Our father chose a special one this time. Gone, but never forgotten.
