We have so many fond memories of Pete. As a child, Pete & his family would stop by for a quick visit when coming back to NC with his family to visit his mother-in-law, Aunt Alice. He was such a positive gentleman that served our country for many years with honors. He loved to laugh, cook,& entertain. Just being in his prescence was a joy because of his radiant smile, words of wisdom & uplifting words. The Porter & Lynch family, we send our deepest sympathy with you in the days ahead. We're wishing you much needed strength & the Lords comfort in the days ahead knowing how much your lived one meant to so many. May his kind, generous, caring soul rest in eternal peace. Farwell Pete, the life u lived & the fond memories you left will never be forgotten. Our thoughts & prayers will be with you(family) for many years to come. Our father chose a special one this time. Gone, but never forgotten.
