I met Frank in fist grade at OLPH Catholic School. He was the tallest student in our class and even at six yrs old showed evidence of a great man in the making. Gentle in spirit and a friend to the world, Frank just had a demeanor that was kind, welcoming and sincere. We graduated HS together in 1982 and lost touch as we set out to pursue the lives that we would make for ourselves. I would see Frank at the HS reunions and we would always speak of a memory and have a laugh. Those who shared their life with Frank must be regarded as most fortunate as is evidenced in the outpouring of praise and love in these condolences. Frank, may you now rest in God's eternal embrace as you will always remain in my memory as wonderful friend - George Lindsey

I met Frank as a teenager, hanging around with Tony Stephens at the radio station (WRSV 92.1). Later got to know him more as he attended college at NCCU and I attended ECU and so many of my friends were at NCCU. As we all grew up and came back home we'd all hang out at the same places or run into each other and laugh at the least little jokes of each other and crazy things we were all doing at the time. Going to miss running into you Frank. It's unbelievable that you're gone. My sympathies and prayers to your family. Heaven has another Angel!.... Sonya Johnson
