Herbert "Sonny" Trippert, Jr., 76, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
Memorial service 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Pastor Link Alexander, officiating.

Sonny was a delight to grow up with and a pleasure to be around when we were young. At night when it was bedtime he would run upstairs and turn out the lights, then jump up and scare me. He enjoyed track and field so that is what occupied his time during school life. He is resting now until Jehovah awakes him -John 5:28,29-. I have faith in that promise.
