In Loving Memory of Mrs. Caudle
How do you find the words to describe a beautiful soul who made you feel like you'd known her your entire life? That's exactly how BIG BABY (as so many of us called her) made me feel from the very first moment I met her. She was truly a remarkable woman—warm, wise, and full of grace and wisdom. From the day I walked through the doors of NECP, she welcomed me with open arms and took me under her wing. I'll never forget the thoughtful gift she gave me—a keychain that read, "Work made us coworkers, but our potty mouths made us friends." That small token meant so much, because it perfectly captured the bond we shared.
BIG BABY, I will always cherish the advice you gave me, the love and patience you showed, and the incredible friendship we built. You were a phenomenal woman, unlike anyone I've ever known. The students adored you—not just because you were kind, but because you were also firm, fair, and always genuine. Your impact on their lives, and mine, is beyond measure. You will be deeply missed. My heart is broken, but I am forever grateful to have known you.
With love and condolences to the family, Juanita
