I just saw the post on the passing of such a beautiful lady that I knew as a child growing up on C ave. In the projects she was a sweetheart to all of us! It is with heartfelt sympathy that I offer my deepest condolences to the family for the loss of "Ma Mae." She was a jewel and "Mother Queen" to so many. I will forever remember her kindness accepting me as one of her own. May she rest in eternal peace.

Ms Janie was such a sweet person. I worked with her at Hardee's for years. She was so excited when her & Ms Janie Horne was recognized at Hardee's reunion we all had a great time. She will truly be missed. Great memories will last forever. Will keep the family in prayer.

Ms.Janice and I was born on the same Day. Ever year we would call each other and talk she would always say the date is the same but the years are different. I would say that is ok. I hope I will live to be your age. So rest my birthday friend and on that special day I will always think about you.

A life well lived I remember her fondly during my time at Hardees Food Systems. She was part of the Hardees family and loved by everyone.

I have the best memories of Ms Janie. She was a ray of sunshine in my life. Although it has been many many years since I have seen her, I have never forgotten her or her sweetness.

Love and Prayers for her girls and family. So many memories is coming back to me. It all started at Tar River School in Nash County, that's where we leaned each other. I'm three years older than Romaine and Loraine, my baby sister came along with them. I remember Mrs. Sharpe and her husband, they were always kind, loving and respectful people.
