Obituary For John Wesley Jackson
John Wesley Jackson, 77, passed away Thursday September 25, 2025.
Funeral service will be held 1:00pm Friday, October 3, 2025 at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service Chapel, 121 S. Fairview Road, Rocky Mount, NC. 27801 with Pastor Ernest L. McCowan, officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Gethsemane.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at Hunter-Odom Funeral Service.

Man you are not supposed to be up here. It doesn't even feel right seeing you up here. Last Thursday I kept standing there waiting for you to wake up and be like "nah I'm just messing". Even shook you a few times like naw this guy playing! I'm going to miss you! I love you man!
John was my oldest brother. He was always such a funny person you never knew what he would say. He will truly be missed. I'm so glad I was able to talk to him two weeks before he passed. I love you and I'll miss you test on dear brother until we meet again 😥😥
