Linda and I were classmates. She was an awesome individual. May God continue to bless her family.
Linda Edward was a classmate of mine from elementary school to high school. Linda was such a wonderful person always had the right answer when the teacher would ask her a question. I thought that was amazing. I say to the family look to the hills for all our help come from the Lord.
Miss Linda was by far my favorite person to take care of in my 20 years of caring for others. I loved her so much and we became very close. She will be deeply missed. Love, Niki G

Dear Aunt Linda, Your presence, smile, and words will be never be forgotten. You have always been so welcoming to me and I am thankful for the many opportunities I've had to spend time with you as I started visiting Rocky Mount in the early 2000s. I enjoyed how you'll would come to Aunt Bernice's house and reminisce on the old times when I came to town. The laughter was always uplifting. Thank you for your support and asking me from time to time when I'm going to visit. I will never forget the carrot cakes you made for my graduation party from Morgan State. Your love for baking and sharing your creations makes each memory sweet.
I am thankful for our last conversation. Despite challenges you were experiencing physically, you shared wisdsom with me regarding some baking failures I was having. Your advice helped me get the results I was trying to accomplish. Thank you so much for all you have contributed to our family.
To Iesha, my Edwards, Porter, and Jenkins family, may the Grace of God carry you, strengthen, and may your memories of Aunt Linda always put a smile on your face. May we Rejoice that she is no longer suffering. God Bless. - Jarrod Porter
