Yvette, Cheryl, and Family, may your memories of Michael bring you laughter and also peace. Peace in knowing he shared his sense of humor and his great ability to make others feel welcomed in his space. One day, years ago, I was in my office and received a call. The voice I heard said, "What's up girl?" I laughed and knew the voice, Michael Parker. We reconnected and when he and my husband met; Michael told me he felt like he had known him for years and my husband felt the same. Michael shared his journey with us and I remember how encouraged I felt! He was a special guy and we will miss our time together and phone calls. He always said something to make us laugh.
