November 25, 1927 - July 14, 2025
Macon, Georgia - It is with deep sorrow that the family of O'Neal Pettigrew announces his passing on Monday, July 14, 2025, at the age of 97.
Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, July 25th, from 4 to 7 p.m., at 2939 Pickett Ridge, Macon, GA 31201.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, July 26th, at 1 p.m., at New Hope Baptist Church, 1465 Burton Avenue, Macon, GA 31204, with burial in Reid Cemetery, Dry Branch.
A beloved father, grandfather, veteran, and lifelong member of Chance Hill Baptist Church, Mr. Pettigrew will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include children, O'Neal (Drinzeta) Pettigrew, Jr., Maurice (Sharon) Pettigrew, Arleshia Pettigrew, Jonathan Pettigrew, Verlene (Lorenzo) Howard, John (Carol)Vinson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
