Macon, Georgia - The Life Celebration for Ms. Joyce Thompson Wesley will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church with burial at Glen Haven Memorial Park. Visitation and the Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony will take place at 6:00 pm Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at the Chapel of Hutchings Funeral Home.
Ms. Wesley was an active member of Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church and the Bibb Retired Educators Association. She was a retired Bibb County School District Administrator and a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Joyce leaves to honor and cherish her memory: her brothers, Eddie (Charlotte) Thompson and Phillip Thompson, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
