Ms. Annette Cook
A Time to Be Born:
Annette began her life’s journey in Clearwater, FL. on May 4, 1966. She was the first child of Ms. Anel Cook and Mr. Frederick Jones. Annette spent unforgettable days and weekends under the loving guidance and care of her late grandparents.
A Time to Grow:
Annette was a youth member at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church in Clearwater, FL. She was baptized at the age of 9. Annette resumed her spiritual journey at Glorious Church of God in Christ in Tampa, FL. Annette was an accomplished recreational roller skater in her youth. She did so with determination, grace, and style. Annette attended public school in Clearwater and Newberry, FL. She was determined to complete her education on schedule after the arrival of her first child. Annette was a 1983 Graduate of Dunedin High School in Dunedin, FL. Annette held occupations in fast food and the restaurant industries. Annette was a kind and generous caregiver. She offered her home, laughter and good cooking to countless family members, in-laws and friends in need.
A Time to Rest:
Annette departed her earthly life in Tampa, on Friday, June 20, 2019. She recently celebrated her 54th birthday with family and close friends. Her love and devotion were seen every day through special closeness with her aunts Minnie, and Bamma; Her cousins Cidialia and Daithel; Her sister-in-law Tammy; Her children and grandchildren.

Preceding her in death: Benny Morris Jr. (son). Annette leaves behind: Mother - Ms. Anel Cook of Clearwater, FL.; Father/Step-Mother - Mr./Mrs. Frederick Jones of Tobyhanna, PA.; Sister - Ms. Isabell Turner of Tampa, FL.; Children - Ms. Alaya Cook (daughter) of Americus, GA., Mr. Antonio (Tony) Jordan (son) of Tampa, FL., Ms. Bennisha (BB) Morris (daughter) of Tampa, FL. Grand-Children - Zamya, Zamari, Paylyn, Layonne, Brendalyn, Antonio Jr, Larry, and Deshawn.
The Family of the late Annette Cook will receive friends during the public visitation held on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
