A Graveside Service will be held for Ms. Annie Lee Walker on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Orange Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dr. G.B. Robinson, officiating.
Annie Walker (Ann) was born April 1, 1937 in Eufaula, Alabama to John C and Clara Henry shortly after birth was moved to Tampa, Florida and attended Hillsborough County Schools.
Ann was the family matriarch who helped raise grandchildren, nieces, nephews and neighborhood children. Ms. Walker loved family, fishing, cooking, dressing up, get-togethers and listening to music. Ann worked for Jim Walters Corporation as the head cook until they closed down, then retired from Hillsborough County School Board as a Bus Attendant. Ann entered her eternal rest on Saturday, October 3, 2020.
Ms. Walker was preceded in death by her parents, John C. and Clara Henry; Long time companion, Fred Crenshaw; Daughter, Roberta Williams; Sons, Robert Williams and Arthur McCray; Brothers, Charlie and Matthew Henry and Sister Frances Smith; Two grandchildren Big Girl and Muff. Ms. Walker leaves to cherish precious memories of her with daughters, Linda Brock (Alfonso), April Walker, and Joyce Ward; Sons, Frank Walker, Dwayne McCray, and Donald Walker (Michelle); sisters, Ruth Thomas, Mary Graham, Clara Paramore and Christine Jones; Brother, Willie Henry (Hattie); Special Friend, Jack Dubose; 21 Grandchildren and a host of Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 6-8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue Tampa 33605. Mask are required to be worn for both services.
