Obituary For Charles Edward Frazier Jr.

A Celebration of Life Memorial for Charles Edward Frazier Jr. will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Rowlett Park (Shelter 202) from 1:00-5:00 p.m.

On Friday, September 11, 2026 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa Fl., the family will greet guest during public visitation hours.

Charles Edward Frazier Jr. was born on January 11, 1983 in Tampa, Florida and passed into eternal rest on September 1, 2026.

Preceded in death by his grandmothers Lillian Brown and Mary J Frazier; his grandfathers, Bennie L. Jefferson Sr. and Ester Frazier; his father Charles E. Frazier Sr., and many other loved ones.

He leaves to cherish his memory: His loving mother, Tina Frazier; his stepfather Jason Prentice; his stepmother Katrina Johnson Sisters: Lydia Simms (Tommy Jr.), Tatiana Johnson, Asia Coleman (Steve), Brothers: Sergio Frazier Sr, Charlie “BayBay” Broughton III; Children: Shaniah Knight (Ceddrick Jr.), Chamanique Frazier, Camari “Li bit” Frazier, Keashawn Morris, TJ; Grandchildren: Ceyonnie, Ceyari, La’ Vayah, Jah’Kiem; Nieces and Nephews: Kayla, Tommy III, Olivia, Angela, Kiara, Seiara, Sergio Jr., Keyshaun, Peytan, Rya, Christopher, Junior, Connisha “Precious” (Jamel), Charlie, Steve Jr., Makhi, King, Judah, John IV.

Charles was blessed with an extended circle of family that reached far beyond the names on the family tree. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, lifelong friends, and loved ones who became family through the years. The family also lovingly acknowledges the Meadow family, whom Charles loved dearly and who held a special place in his life and heart.

To attempt to name everyone Charles loved would be impossible. His circle was wide, his relationships were many, and each person who shared life, laughter, loyalty, and memories with him carries a piece of his story.

We will remember Charles exactly as he was.
We will remember his "Grand Rising-Grand Rising" and that unmistakable laugh.
We will remember his honesty, his sharp tongue, and the way he could say what everyone else in the room might have been thinking but wouldn’t say.
We will remember his loyalty. Charles was deeply connected to where he came from and to the people who came up with him. He carried those relationships with pride and remained true to the people and community that helped shape him.
We will remember his strength, his personality, his presence, and the love that existed beneath it all.

His life wasn’t perfect. None of ours are. But his life was his, and it mattered.

His journey here has ended, but the stories, the laughter, the lessons, the love, and the memories Charles left behind will continue through everyone who knew and loved him.

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)

Charles fought his fight. He finished his course. And now, his race is complete.

Though our hearts are heavy and his absence will be felt in ways words cannot fully express, we release him into the hands of the God who knew him before any of us did.
