Mrs. Derbie Chambers
A Homegoing Service celebrating the life of Mrs. Derbie (Deb) Chambers will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at First Victory Cathedral, 1920 E. Sligh Avenue, Tampa, with Bishop Michael W. Lewis Sr., officiating.
The public visitation and viewing of Mrs. Chambers will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Integrity Funeral Services Chapel, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa.
Derbie was born on November 18,1959 to Luevenia Robinson. She was educated in the local schools of Hillsborough County, Florida. Derbie enjoyed cooking and playing cards. Derbie was a person who lived in the moment, and you couldn’t stay mad at her even if you tried, her smile, her laugh and her kind but fiery personality wins you over every time. Derbie favorite saying is I speak what God loves the truth.
Derbie was preceded in death by her Mother Luevenia Robinson, Sisters Julliette Christian, Barbara Robinson and Marvia Parks, Brother Sterling Hinson, Grandsons Zebbe Robinson Jr and Develin Robinson.
On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the Lord called Derbie home and she answered.
She leaves to cherish warm and loving memories, Her Husband Edward Chambers Sr; Daughters: Marvia, Tiera, Anesha Robinson and Lorene Chambers; Sons: Zebbe, Develin (Rachel), Drew Robinson and Edward Chambers Jr all of Tampa, FL; Nephew/Son Robert Parks of Tampa, FL; Sibling William Robinson of Tampa, FL: Grandchildren: Aaliyah, Arianna, Aariyah, Massiah, Zy’Leah, Zariyah, Zamora Robinson and Dior Chambers. Stepchildren: Kawanna Stephens (Derrick), Tameka Chambers and Charles Bullock (Shameka) all of Georgia; Godchildren Keysha Bazile and Regina Lynch all of Tampa, FL; Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
