The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Glenda Anderson, affectionately known as Glenda the Bird, who departed this life on August 3, 2021, will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2021, 3:00 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services Chapel, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605 with Rev. Charlie D. Sampson, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Anderson was born in Albany, Georgia on October 20, 1950 to the Arthel Solomon-Williams and Eddie McCray. She moved to Florida at a very early age and was a resident until her death. She was educated in Hillsborough County School System. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents and husband Harold Anderson. Mrs. Anderson leaves to celebrate her life, daughters: Sherry Harrison (fiancé’ Vencient Davis) , British McCray and Ciesha Solomon; her grandchildren: Dominique Danner, Tommisha Dickens and husband Rical Jose, James Sampson, Tommirror Dickens, Jame’ce and husband Xavier Mills, and Donnell Hemmingway Jr.; her great grandchildren Aaliyah Jose, Emily Jose, Xavier Mills Jr., and Amina Dunkley. She also leaves to cherish a host of family and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 14, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm at Integrity Funeral Services. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOTH SERVICES.
