Obituary For John Williams

A Celebration of Life in Loving Memory of Mr. John Christopher Williams known to many as “Muff” will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 12 noon at Rivers of Life Church Ministries, 301 Lakewood Drive, Brandon FL 33510 with Pastor Curtis A. Stafford, officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery, Tampa. John Christopher Williams known to many as “Muff” was born on December 22, 1983 in Tampa, Florida and attended Hillsborough County Schools.

Muff was a very humble man who loved his family. He had a smile that would light up a room. Muff was a people’s person, protector over the females in his family and a teacher to the younger males. Muff loved to listen to music, dance, tell jokes and laugh.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his birth mother, Roberta Gail Williams; maternal grandfather, Fred Crenshaw; paternal grandmother, Willie Brock; paternal grandfather, James Brock, Sr.; sister, Belinda Hills; aunts, Archia Wright and Willie Gray; uncles, Marshall McKinney, Robert Britt, Arthur McCray, William Dudley and Robert Williams.

Mr. Williams leaves to cherish precious memories of him with daughters, Jon’ya Williams and Jenea Williams; son, John Williams Jr.; parents, Alfonso and Linda Brock and Napoleon House, Sr.; maternal grandmother, Annie Walker; sisters, Hope Walker (Keith), Lafonda Walker, Altonsa Hills, Walkeeler Williams and Rhonda Hills; brothers, Eric Walker, Walter Holmes, IV (Meka), and Napoleon House, Jr. (Courtney); uncles, Robert Wright, Sr., William Henry (Hattie), James Brock Jr., Frank Walker, Dwayne McCray and Donald Walker (Michelle); aunts, Maeonia Taylor, Ruth Thomas, Ellawese Colston, Clara Paramore, Vornice Spires, April Walker and Joyce Ward; nieces, Dirhonda Hills, Patricea Williams (Tony), Jaishia Dixson, Ta’Kea Hills, Jamarel Dixson, Ka’Tea Hills (Chris), Jakela Brown, Shakela Brown, Erica Walker, Ronaria Hills, Tylina Levy, Lyrie Levy and Namiyah House; nephews, Darryl Jones, Jr., Antonio Walker, Derrick Jones, Sr., Alfonso Wilson, Ronnell Hills, Walter Holmes V, Jaquarius Pickens and Linden Hills; 18 great nieces and nephews and a host of family, friends and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020, 6-8 pm at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Ave. Tampa. Family and Friends are ask to assemble at the church on Saturday at 11:45 a.m.
