A Celebration of Life will be held for Mrs. Annie Harley, on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Northside Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th Street. Tampa, Rev. Ricardo Robinson, Pastor with Rev. James Anderson, Pastor of New Fellowship Baptist Church Tampa, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Annie Harley was born in Gadsden County, Quincy Florida to

Mr. Charlie Bivins and Annie Mae Bivins. She was educated through Gadsden County Public Schools. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She was a dedicated member of New Fellowship Baptist Church where she served as Mother of the Church under the leadership of her pastor Rev. James Anderson.

Mother Annie was an extraordinary strong, loving, giving, peaceful, caring and thoughtful woman of God.

On Sunday, November 4, 2018 God called the best home for her eternal rest.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Annie Mae Bivins, her husband, George Harley, brothers, Charlie Bivins Jr., Tommie Lee Bivins and Alonzo Bivins, sisters, Emma Scott and Mary Bivins, daughters Marylene Vickers and recently preceded Sharon Harley and grandson, Samija Vickers.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her Son: Jimmy Lee Bivins, Step-Son, Fred Gaines; Daughters: Angeline Davis, Katina Harley and Belinda Harley; Sisters: Kathleen Gilbert, Beatrice Williams, Helen Jackson (Lorenzo), Bessie Mae Bivins and Annie Jane Bivins all of Quincy Fl; Brother: Reed Bivins; Sisters-in-Law: Mary Harley, Lillie Mae Harley, Kathleen Bivins; Family Matriarch: Margaret Hill; Family Patriarch: Walsh Jrice; Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren: Joe Leggett Jr., Steven Tolbert, Marquae Tolbert, Laderricka Henderson, Joshias Leggett, Jo’coy Leggett, Amariona Tolbert, Carlisha Green, Jimmesha Jackson, Shakeila Rivers, Edquisha Grooms, Sherena Daniel, Zy’ionne Mosley, Tahiry Richardson, Dazarryah Daniel, Darius Rivers, De’Andre Harley, Anthony Vickers, Larry Higgins, Devon Rivers, Devontae’ Rivers, Dwayne Richardson, De’Angelo Richardson, Donald Mosley, Armond Brown, Raquan Moore, Jermaine Smith, Alonzo Jones, Scott Vickers, Ca’nari Vickers, Camille Colina and Lia Rain Richardson; Best Friend: Charles Taylor; Good Friends: Harriett Bogan and Dorothy Williams and a host of other sorrowing nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Ave., Tampa. Family and Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at 10:45 a.m.
