A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Nynchoha ‘Heavy’ Pitt will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue. Tampa.
Nynchoyha 'Heavy' Pitt, a true Tampa native was born on July 23, 1977 in the vibrant city he called home. Heavy spent his life rooted in Tampa, attending school, growing up, falling in love, and raising a family. As the neighborhood mechanic, he was always the go-to person for fixing faulty tires, leaking sinks, and everything in between. His talent with his hands was truly a gift, and words can't capture the depth of his skills. He could cook, install TV screens, repair car brakes, and even rebuild a car from scratch.
In his free time, Heavy enjoyed watching documentaries on cars and conspiracies, but what brought him the most joy was spending quality time with his children. Those who knew him best describe Heavy as a beautiful and knowledgeable soul, someone who always pushed forward, no matter the obstacles in his path.
Heavy's legacy extends far beyond his impressive skills; it's the love, kindness, and generosity he shared with his community that will be truly missed. He departed this life on June 15, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, light, and countless memories for those who knew him. May his memory continue to inspire and uplift all who were touched by his life.
He was preceded in his death by his father Roosevelt Bud Pitt II, Aunt Delores Maddox, Aunt and Uncle Melonese and Wilbert Kegler and his Uncle Oscar Strong.
He leaves to cherish his memories with his loving mother Allie Pitt, his children Nynchoyha Pitt, Nyntorious Pitt, Nynlisayha Pitt and Nautica Rose Pitt. His brothers Roosevelt Bud Pitt III, Shawnee Dee Pitt. His aunt, Theona Williams. His uncles Prentis Strong Jr and John Strong. His cousins Monique, Joseph Garrett, Timothy Garrett, Sterling Garrett, Kathryn Garrett, Jackie Garrett and Krista Garrett. His friends White Mike, Vario, Ike G, Quate and Blue. His communities Tampa Park and Highland Pine. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held 6- 8 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Integrity Funeral Services. 3822 E. 7th Avenue Tampa.
