Mr. Clarence Grant, Jr. was born in Tampa, FL on April 8, 1954 to His LOVING PARENTS, The Late Rev. Clarence & Sadie Lee Holmes-Grant, Sr. He was preceded in death by 3 Sisters Rosita, Linda Faye & Sundra Jean Grant-Godfrey, 1 Brother, Kenneth T. Grant, Sr., Nephew, James Jones, Sr., Niece, Sadie Jo Grant, and other Aunts, Uncles & Family Members. Clarence accepted Christ at an early age. Clarence matriculated through school here in Hillsborough County.. Lomax, N.B. Young & graduated from Middleton High School in 1973. He joined the U.S. Army in 1974. Clarence was known for Outstanding Scholastic Honor and Educational Accomplishments. He was a Comic book GURU (Captain Marvel). He was an avid Star Trek junkie...He Loved and embraced Olde School Music, and noted by Family & Friends as OUR PERSONAL SCHOLASTIC GENIUS.

A Wake Service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa 33605. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Interment will follow at a later date.
