Mr. Sam Holmes
A Celebration of Life Service in Loving Memory of Mr. Sam Holmes will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Sam Holmes was born in Andalusia, Alabama to the late Mr. James and Lucindy Holmes on March 6, 1924. He was educated in Covington County, Alabama. His lifetime career led him to many different jobs, but his most lovable was being a landscaper. He accepted Jesus Christ as his person savior and has now entered a peaceful rest on September 3, 2024.
He was the last of 13 siblings who preceded him in death and leaves to cherish his fondest and most memories, a loving daughter, Judith Holton of Norfolk, Virginia: a son, David Holmes and wife Angeletta and many nieces and nephews and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at Integrity Funeral Services from 6-7 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024.
