Dave was a part of my FAMUly, and I had the pleasure of meeting him through Terry Sims during our time at FAMU. He would often come by the apartment that Kenya and I shared, along with a few of his football teammates, to enjoy a meal and some good company. Those college memories are ones I'll always treasure. Dave's presence, laughter, and spirit will truly be missed. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

I met Super Dave playing football at FAMU. He was like a brother to me. He will be truly missed. Condolences to his family.
