Emma Carson Barnett, age 85, of Athens, GA passed February 22, 2024.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, February 29, 2024 at the graveside of East Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 825 Winterville Road, Athens, GA.

Viewing, Wednesday 4-6 PM, at the funeral home.

Survivors include: her children, Marie (Glen) Easley, Rev. John Tyler (Senthea) Barnett, Jeffrey (Carla) Barnett, George Barnett and James Barnett; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
