Hattie Ruth Sanders, age 71 of Athens, GA passed May 4, 2024.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 18, 2024 at The Chapel of Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home.
Viewing, Friday 1-6 PM, at the funeral home.
Survivors include: three children, Ronald Keith Daniels, Vernessa Marshall and Michael Daniels; eight grandchildren, Mikah and Marquise, Stephiana, Audrey, Amie, Jamie, Germil and Brittnie; seven great grandchildren, Journie, Yuri, Jamie, Jamaria, Bentley, Lillian and Jamario; one sister, Norma Milsap; other relatives and friends.

I met Hattie working with the CCSD, we were on the Custodial Staff at and I enjoyed working with her. We had a whole lot of laughs , she was friendly, sweet, and down to earth. I even got to know two of her sons Keith & Shun. I'm so sorry for the loss of y'all's Dear Mother ... May She Rest In Peace 🙏🏽🌹🕊️
