Hoy Lee Smith, age 70 of Monroe, GA passed November 3, 2025.
A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, November 8, 2025, 10:00 AM, at Timothy Baptist Church, 380 Timothy Rd. Athens, GA 30606. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Public Viewing will be held, Friday, 2-6 PM at the Funeral Home
Hoy Lee was the beloved husband of Arleen Smith. He is also survived by his loving son Tori Kentray Smith, and his cherished bonus children Notasha Partlow, Antwan Smith, Naomi Smith, and Nathan Rucker. Hoy Lee was also a proud grandfather to Kennedi Rhyora Smith. Hoy Lee also leaves behind his siblings Sumner Anthony (Pat) Smith, Hazel June Sherow, and Elizabeth Lynette S. Ward, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.
