Katie Mae Henderson, age 77 of Athens, GA passed September 1, 2025.
Celebration of Life service will beheld at 12:00 PM, Monday, September 8, 2025 at The Chapel of Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home with interment in Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery, Bogart, GA.
Survivors include: her husband, Harold, Sr.; her children, Harold, Jr. (Denise) and Bernice (Jemar); 8 grandchildren: Jemar, DeShaun, Shamarious, Kayla, Brandon, Tavia, Emma and Alexis; two (2) sisters, Lucille and Mattie; three (3) brothers, Mack, Jerry and Willie; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relative and friends.

Too the Henderson family I'm saddened to hear this about Miss Henderson I saw the flower on the door at the restaurant today I know she will be missed I can say she was a very strong lady I said too the family stay strong and and look to the hills from with all your help come from just know better days are coming.
Ms Katie I'm going to miss seeing you out in the yard,always doing something. You keep to yourself but you was such a nice person you always made me feel at home and I pray that you knew I loved you so much RIP You will be miss GOD got you now
