Venus, my classmate and Christian frnd. A kind and thoughtful man, full of the Holy Spirit. He always had a warm word and a contagious laughter when he finished his conversation. At The Mount, he will surely be missed, his spirit filled songs, his powerful prayers, and his musical talent as an experienced saxophonist. We loved Venus, but God loved him best🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽♥️♥️♥️

To the family, Hard to believe, just last Friday we were sitting at a table at the repast of our Magnolia Street Neighbor Mrs.Hill ,talking about his upcoming birthday him turning 79 years old and him traveling when the weather turns warmer in Ohio to visit his uncle,my dad's cousin.I was really saddened to hear the news of Venus passing. I meant Venus many years ago probably in the mid 80s through Friends of Friends. I would see him in some situations off and on but have lost touch in recent years. So sorry to his family and to all that knew him for this loss.
