Brother Duncan Eric Streeter (also known as “Toosie Boy” as his late grandmother Clifford Love-Thomas named him) was the son of the late Albert Streeter and Gertrude Thomas Streeter. He was born March 2, 1963, in Quitman, Clay County Georgia. He was the 11th child of 13 children.

Whenever he visited his family in Newark, he would always visit Mothers Foundation Holiness Church and Bethel Church of Christ. He loved talking with Pastor Shirley Polite and others concerning the word of God. He would always say, “I am not perfect, but I stand strong in my faith and belief in God.”
