Brother Duncan Eric Streeter (also known as “Toosie Boy” as his late grandmother Clifford Love-Thomas named him) was the son of the late Albert Streeter and Gertrude Thomas Streeter. He was born March 2, 1963, in Quitman, Clay County Georgia. He was the 11th child of 13 children.

He attended the New Creations Program and Holgate Church of Christ where he was certified as a public speaker in the Word of God in December of 2007.

Brother Duncan Eric Streeter was a free spirit, and some called him a Traveling Evangelist traveling from state to state spreading the Gospel of God. Whenever he visited his family in Newark, he would always visit Mothers Foundation Holiness Church and Bethel Church of Christ. He loved talking with Pastor Shirley Polite and others concerning the word of God. He would always say, “I am not perfect, but I stand strong in my faith and belief in God.”

Streeter, and a set of twins whose names are unknown. He leaves behind 2 children Takai Carter and LaToya Streeter, six grandchildren Mariah Carter, Morgan Carter, Rayne Carter, Josiah Carter, Ziyunna Streeter and Zy’ Shawn Streeter; 7 siblings Willie Bell Spurlin, Rose Streeter, Ira J.
