As I remember Mr. Charles Finley (Linnie) as a devoted and loyal, dedicated loving husband, humble family man, neighbor and friends to many extended family members setting a fine example as the ultimate man in his community of his legacy as I know throughout my memories of my cousin. May he now rest in peace in God's mercy where one day God promises that one day there will no longer be no death, pain or suffering. Revelation 21:3-4. Your cousin forever, Deborah Hawk Carter

What a friend we had when we were at Massy Business College. Charles looked out for all of us. He even sold me my first 65 Mustang. Our prayers are with your family at this difficult time.Rev.Eldwin Griffin A.K.A Earl

Charles Finley was a leader of men; people just naturally gravitated to him. I cannot remember a time when I heard him raise his voice in anger and I was privileged to call him my friend for over 50 years. You will be Missed my friend. Raynell C. Turner
