Minnie Pearl Davis, you were the sincerest loyalist and loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and great grandmother we could have asked for. I called you my friend, my advisor, and Ma Minnie. You stood by me when my mother and sisters passed. You were indeed a precious gift from God. A genuine diamond in the ruff. I am grateful that God blessed you to be a part of my life. Your grace, your love for God, and your dedication to your family were incredible. You touched my life in so many ways. Your strength, smile, and encouragement during my dark days made me realize how blessed I've been to have had a terrific mother-in-law like you.
