I never thought I would be saying Rest In Love Mr.Woodall! The last time we spoke at work regarding an ethics matter, you kept it 100 with me. I have always respected you but after that conversation I respected you even more! We laughed about something I said and we parted ways. When you came across the parking lot, you commanded the respected from us. You were a gentle giant! Thank you for who you were to us at The Jacksonville Transportation Authority! Fly high until we meet again!
