My condolences to the family of Mrs. Finley. She was a kind and forceful role model to me and many others. I enjoyed working with her on projects for the Urban League. A true servant.

Sister Linnie Finley touched so many lives in the very best way. I'm grateful I got the chance to know her as both a mentor and a friend. See will be sadly missed.
My wife, Sandra, and I extend our deepest condolences to the family. Mrs. Finley has known me basically my entire life. My father worked for the Urban League and she was his secretary. One of my earliest memories of her was a gentle scolding I received in the office. For many years we lost contact but that was restored as our paths begin to cross as I began making my way in the community as a young adult. It was then solidified and she became a more dear friend as Sandra interacted with her frequently while she was President of her sorority and they held many of their meetings at the Urban League. She had a lasting impact on our lives and will be truly missed.
Our deepest sympathy and prayers for the family. Sis. Finley will be missed by those of us who knew and loved her. RIP Sis. Finley
