I met Professor McCullough in 1987 as a student at Edward Waters College. Like so many others, I was struggling to pass College Algebra. I had taken that class 3 times, without success. When I walked into Professor McCullough's class, his first statement to us students was "Come on in and let me take you to the jungle and remind you of who your are!" He did just that by reminding us that we came from greatness and that we could and would do great things. He had a way of making you believe in yourself and feeling like you could accomplish anything. Needless to say, no one failed his class! I am so grateful for having the amazing experience of knowing such an Awesome Man, who lived and walked everything he believed. My most sincere condolences and prayers for God's Shalom Peace and Comfort to cover his family and all those who knew and loved him. Patrice McGahee-Ayala, EWC Class of 89.
