Obituary For Nellie V. Bender
Mrs. Nellie V. Bender age 99 passed away on Friday April 1, 2022 at McKendree Village in Hermitage Tn.
She leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted husband William H. Bender (3) devoted sons; Walter (Linda) Bender of Marshall, Texas, Larry (Veronica) Bender of Lebanon, TN and Lonnie (Cardelia) Bender of Mt. Juliet, TN; granddaughter Joanette (Patrick) Wood; very devoted granddaughter Joy (Shawn) Bender McMurry, grandsons LaJuane Bender, Brandon Bender and devoted grandson Wesley Bender. Great-granddaughter Ebonie Williams, Great-grandson Elijah Joy, Great-great-granddaughter Brooklyn White, and a devoted foster niece Ernestine Battle. Devoted sisters-in-law, Odelia Bender, Beatrice Bender, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Special thanks to Odelia and Cathy Bender for the love and kindness shown during her illness.
She will lie in honor on Wednesday April 6, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm at JC Hellum Funeral Chapel.
Family Visitation: 11:00am -12:00 noon Funeral Service: 12:00 noon Thursday, April 7, 2022 at the above named chapel.
