Ms. Tijuania "Lynette” Garrett, 52, entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 2, 2026, in Murfreesboro, TN.
She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted and loving mother, Glenda Faye McCullough; Dad, James Timothy Bennett; loving daughter, Sedria Garrett; her cherished grandchildren, Halo Reign, Khrome, and God Sent Grandson, Kylan “KJ”; her devoted, God sent sisters, Shia (David) Bates, Jantrice (Justin) Johnson, and Quisha Sanders; Devoted Cousin/Sister Renita Snorten (daughters, Brittany and Brinique) Devoted cousins, Ricco Summers and April Summers, Great Aunt Marie Butler. Special Family and friends, Laurie, TiTi Betty, Renae, Audrey S, Jeff, Lisa and Davey. A host of other Aunts, cousins, family members, friends, all whose lives were enriched by her love.
Family Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 from 11:30am-12pm, with funeral service to follow, at Riverdale Church of Christ, 507 Warrior Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37128.

Tijuania was such a beautiful person inside and out and a true warrior. She faced every battle with a grace and strength that is unmatched. It was an honor and privilege to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends during this most difficult time.
Lynnette, was a very nice person. I have known her for years. To her family and close friends I give you all my deepest condolences and prayers. I know it hurts grief will be hard to cope. Remember her smile, remember how caring and loving she was. I think of the scripture weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning.
