Charles Henry Roney White 70 of Winnsboro, Texas died Saturday December 9, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. Services will be held Saturday December 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Tranquil Baptist Church in Winnsboro, Texas; with Rev. Tommy Shelton officiating. Interment will follow at McGee Cemetery.
