Cecil H. Frazier entered into eternity on November 3, 2024, at the Asbury Park Rehabilitation Center in Sacramento, CA. He was born August 1, 1939, in Youngtown OH, the beloved son of Hobart Claytor and Leona Maddow Frazier.
A man noted for his service to humanity, Cecil served in the United States Army. Living out his faith in God, Cecil also served as a deacon in various ministries throughout the California area. He found sheer passion staying in connection with his family & friends, often calling them. While he appreciated bingo, he really enjoyed traveling, especially to the Youngstown Family Reunions.
The embers of his legacy are not smoldering but radiating light and warmth through his beloved sons Carlos Arnold and Jarmal Hill. His memory is emboldened via his brother Michael Claytor and sisters Evelyn F. Jenkins, Linda Tillery, Carol Jean Smith, Patricia Elaine Meadows.
He will be also greatly missed by his Cummings Family of Sacramento namely Robert, Ivery, Johnny, Elliot, Ron, Robb, Alberta and Ron Thornton, along with a vast cadre of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him immensely.
Now assuming his place among the ancestors, he was greeted at the celestial shores by his parents, his wife & soul mate Versie Frazier and siblings Clyde W. Frazier and Mary V. Buggs-Wainwright.
Let us celebrate a life filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories. As we gather to honor and remember Cecil’s life, we invite all friends and family, to celebrate his legacy.

In Loving Memory of Our Wonderful Brother Cecil
Of all the special gifts in life
however great or small,
to have you as our Brother
was the greatest gift of all.
May the winds of love blow softly
and whisper in your ear
“We love and miss you Cecil
and wish that you were here.”
Deep in our hearts, your life is kept to love and to cherish
not forget. No more tomorrows we can share
but yesterday' are always there.
A silent thought, a secret tear
keeps your memory ever near
in our hearts forever
