CANTON A homegoing celebration in honor of Malakhi Major Lee Williams will be held Saturday July 16, 2022 at 11am at the Canton Cultural Center for the Arts 1001 Market St. N. in Canton, OH. Malakhi departed this life July 2,2022. Malakhi was born August 8, 2018 in Canton, OH a son of Samantha Crockett and Malek Williams. He was a kind, bright toddler whose smile lit up a room. He was an adventurous little boy who enjoyed spending time with his siblings and family. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents; his siblings, Malek Williams Jr, Peso Babb, Josiah Williams, Makhiyah Williams, Ameer Williams, Zi’ere Williams, Jamaria Williams; his grandparents, Marta Scharl, Samuel Crockett, Allisa Pryor, Melvin Williams; his aunts, Savanah Hall, Sabrina Crockett, Ashley Williams; his uncles, Shawn Collier, Jasmond Collier, Jeremiah Green, Terren Collier Crockett, Jamond Williams, Delvin Williams, Demonta Williams ; a host of other relatives including his specials cousins, Amere Burt, Melony Burt, Makyla Burt, Ramyiah Gaines, Rameena Gaines and Ramello Gaines. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11am at the Cultural Center for the Arts. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
