My condolences to Margaret & her family on the passing of Lester. He joined the FASD Board of Education 2 years after I did. We were the 2 youngest on the board and often shared the same reactions to the elders who were serving. During Desert Storm, there was a news story that the Farrell Reserve barracks had been attacked; actually it was the Greenburg (PA) barracks that suffered the attack. I remember Lester's story about that tragedy. Margaret, may your memories of Lester comfort you at this time; may God grant His servant, Lester, blessed repose and eternal memory.
Rest in peace my dear friend! In a course of a lifetime you'll meet maybe 5 or 10 people that are just unbelievably terrific human beings. Lester was a terrific human being I had the privilege of knowing Lester. But I had the honor of calling Lester Robinson my friend! Philip L Dittrich Jr
Lester and I had a standing joke between us; I beat him in track at FHS. I admired him for the kind person he was and love of his family and community. Margaret cherish his memories and the love you shared with each other and your children.God Bless Charlene Wright Allen

My condolences to Lester's family and my classmate at FHS, Alex. I remember playing basketball with and against Lester at the old FHS tennis courts during the 1970's before I moved to CA and subsequesntly to AZ. Anytime I came back to visit my parents, it was always a pleasure to reunite with Lester at a FHS basketball game and reminisce about our glory days and growing up in Farrell. May you take comfort in knowing he was about as kind a man as you could ever meet. Thankful for my memories of Lester and the impact he had on my life that has help make me the person I am today. May God Bless you all at this time knowing that Lester is rejoicing with our Lord Jesus! Rod Bernat in Phoenix, AZ
