Obituary For Ms. Sarah Ann Austin
Youngstown A homegoing celebration in honor of Ms. Sarah Ann Austin will be held Wednesday May 18, 2022 at 11am at the Jaylex Event Center, 2110 Glenwood Ave in Youngstown, OH. Ms. Sara Ann Austin 77 peacefully, entered into eternal rest May 10 ,2022 at her residence. Sara born October 25, 1944 to Henry and Mary Austin. A 1963 graduate of East High School ; she worked for many years as a nursing assistant at Assumption Nursing Home ; and transitioned to working for Youngstown City Schools as a cleaning matron until her retirement in 2015. A diehard Cleveland Browns fan, she leaves to cherish her memory, two sisters, Betty McGeorge and Joann Austin of Youngstown; her niece, Joanna (Terrence) Jordon of Statesboro, GA and nephews Joe (Denise), Greg, Edward and Lonnie McGeorge of Youngstown. Sara also leaves a multitude of great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Anthony and a sister, Inez. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10-11am at the Jaylex Event Center.
