Obituary For Ms. Susie Mae Williams
Farrell A homegoing celebration in honor of Ms. Susie Mae Williams will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 10 am at Greater Morris Chapel AME Church, 926 Darr Ave in Farrell, PA. Susie Mae “Sue” Williams departed this life on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Oasis Rehabilitation Center in Boardman, Ohio. She was 76 years old. Susie was born on November 21, 1945, in Jackson, Mississippi. She was the daughter of the late Scotty Williams and Mamie Catherine Hilliard- Williams. Susie received her education in the Farrell school system. Susie loved her bingo and Pity Pat games. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and having cook outs. Susie leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Shawn Williams of Pennsburg, PA, Russell Williams of Farrell, PA; her daughter, Lisa Williams of Bethlehem, PA; her sisters, Sandra McCary of Farrell, PA, Carolyn Patricia “Pat” Hailstock of Allentown, PA; her brothers, Samuel “Sam” Hailstock of Farrell, PA, Bobby Ray “Poncho” Williams; her aunts, Tommie Zean Hilliard-McDonald of Bethlehem, PA, Delois Hilliard-Harrison of Farrell, PA; eight grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Susie was preceded in death by her father, Scotty Williams; her mother, Mamie Catherine Hilliard Williams-Hailstock; and her son, Gary Williams. The family will receive friends Saturday from 9-10am at the church. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Sharon, PA.

Aunt Susie Mae and my mom Shirley Anne were close when I was a kid, I remember always going up to her house to play with my cousins, she also loved pinching my cheeks every time she saw me. Rest with the angels.
My grandma was my best friend she was everything to me I always would come over spend time with her and have long conversations with her help her around the house she was the only person who I allow to kiss me on the cheek she always called me mommy she always told things how it was no matter what my grandma did I always loved her I never looked at my grandma no type of way she was the only person who could calm me down when I'm mad I'm make her proud one day it hurts me a lot that I can't hear her voice again or see her again but I know that she is in a better place she not suffering no more she not dealing with this cruel world no more she's at peace I will always live my grandma name up .
