Mr Payne was truly a good man. He used to help our elderly parents for years with things they couldn't do in our pasture. He raised some hard working mannerable children. They are the most kindest ppl you would ever want to meet. Our Condolences are for the entire family. Mrs. Shirley Payne I Pray that God will give you perfect peace as you Mourn the lost of your Husband. Mr Payne will truly be missed by all who knew him.
