My deepest sympathies and love to the family of Ahmaad. I chose to light a red candle for my classmate/butterfat twin we were the only two in our class growing up with birthdays in the month of January literally a week apart his mom would always bring us cupcakes to celebrate the birthdays which sometimes we shared his a week early because of mlk day. I will always remember ahmaad goofy laugh and big bright smile and how he kept the kids in line he believed in respect and honor. He will be missed but I'm so glad he knew Jesus.

Ahmaad was like one of my own children. From Hogg middle school to Robert E Lee High school, he and Destiny was always up to something. Rest on my dear child. Praying for the family especially his dear mother.

My foundest memories of Ahmaad is from church and staying down the street from each other. He always was a kind, sweet, and friendly young man. He loved his family especially his brothers. He always had a smile on his face every time you saw him. He will be missed by so many. I Love my family and this is a hard pill to swallow. Ahmaad was one of my first friends when I moved to Tyler. We instantly shared laughs together and I just fell in love with his personality. When I found out I worked with his mother UT health nothing but amazing memories of Ahmaad came running back to me!! Ahmaad has such a pure, kind, and loving soul! I am very blessed to have known him. I am terribly sorry for your loss but please know your sweet Ahmaad has positively impacted several lives and he will never be forgotten!🩵
