TYLER--Funeral services for Mr. Billy Rollins, 78, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, October 25, 2025 at People's Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Marcus L. Jackson Sr. eulogist. Interment will follow in Troup Community Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co. Viewing will be Friday 2-8 p.m.
