My heartfelt condolences to the Shackelford family. Mr. Shackelford was a truly good man, and our family greatly appreciated the friendship we shared with him over the years. He was not only a valued coworker of my father at Trane but also a dear friend. He will be remembered fondly, and our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
