Obituary For Darvin "Bay Wade" Wade Sr.

TYLER--Celebration of life for Darvin Wade, Sr is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2026 at 11 am at People's Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Marcus Jackson Sr., eulogist. Burial will be in St. Violet Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.

Mr. Wade was born March 17, 1963 in Smith Country to both the late Lossie Sr. and Ruth Hazel Downs-Wade. He transitioned on June 1, 2026. Mr. Wade was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and attended Tyler Junior College. A life resident of Smith County. Mr. Wade was employed with Independent Lawn Service. He was known to provide East Texas' Best Lawn and Car Detail Services. Mr. Wade was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Along with his parents, Mr. Wade was preceded in death by two brothers, one niece and two nephews. His memories will be cherished in the hearts of his daughter: Dominique Wade of Tyler, son: Darvin Wade Jr. of Atlanta, sister: Katrina Wade Pettigrew (Larry) of Desoto; brothers: Darrell Wade, Sr. and Mark Wade Sr (Lawanda) all of Tyler, his four grandchildren, other relatives and friends with whom he shared a special bond.
