TYLER --Graveside services for Mrs. LaSonja Dixon, 51, of Tyler, will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 11 am in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Kendrick Dixon serving as eulogist. The service is under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.

Mrs. Dixon was born on August 7, 1970 and transitioned on May 9, 2022.

LaSonja was a life resident of Smith County where she graduated from John Tyler High School and worked in home health.

She was preceded in death by her spouse: S.T. Howard; son: Kenneth Jones Jr.; grandparents:George and Ida Bell Dixon, uncle: Lester Dixon and aunt: Glenda Dixon.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her daughter: Ejoyce Dixon of Tyler, Texas; parents: Thomas Campbell of Tyler, Texas and Rosie Dixon of Tyler, Texas; one brother: Jason Dixon of Dallas; one sister: Lucy Dixon of Tyler, Texas; and several grand and great grandchildren.

Public viewing will be at the funeral home on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 2 pm to 8 pm.

To Ejoyce and the Dixon family: My sincere condolences for your family. Lasonja was one the sweetest and most caring people I know. I loved her and will miss her terribly and her smile.
