Mildred's smile and joyful humor was an inspiration during our years together in school, especially in band practice. Her kindness was always available just when a person needed it most. She will be remembered by all of us who loved her, but the Lord Jesus loves her more and called her home.

My friend Mildred has gone to be with her Lord and Savior. A strong believer in God she gave m so encouragement 🙏🏿 on my Christian journey. I will always have fund memories of the church trips we were on,and that was many.Oh what beautiful voice she added so much ❤️ to our choir.
