TYLER---Funeral services for Rosie T. Allen, 76, are scheduled for 12 p.m., Saturday, April 11, 2026 at New Zion Baptist Church/Winona with Dr. S.L. Curry, Jr. eulogist. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery/Winona under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.
Mrs. Allen was born January 20, 1950 in Wood County and transitioned on March 30, 2026.
She was a graduated of Hawkins High School . Mrs. Allen was a CNA and member of New Zion Baptist Church where she was a former usher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, two brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Allen is survived by sons: Vincent Taylor and Freddie Taylor (Ramona) both of Tyler, Texas; brothers: Charles Taylor of Longview, Texas; Carl Jackson of Red Springs, Texas and Jerry Jackson of Houston, Texas, sisters: Lilly Waddleton of Fort Worth, Texas, Dorothy Green of Red Springs, Texas, Dolly Taylor of Hawkins, Texas and Peggy Butler, eight grandchildren and a host of grand and great-great grandchildren.
Public viewing will be Friday, April 10, 2026, at 2 p.m. through 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

To Freddie,Vincent and the family: your mother Miss Rose was beautiful, sweet, kind and had a quiet gentle soul. I have fond memories of her. She will be missed. My condolences to your family.
