( June 26, 1968--October 18, 2026 )

Mr. Victor Djuan Hadnot, 58, of Malakoff, Texas, will be laid to rest on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, with Rev. Lawrence E. Brown officiating and Rev. L. L. Jackson serving as eulogist. Interment will follow at North Athens Cemetery under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co.

“Vic” as he was affectionately known, was born June 26, 1968, in Henderson County, Texas, to the late Charlie Brown and the late Mariah Mayfield Hadnot. He attended Athens High School.

At an early age, Victor was baptized at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. He enjoyed coaching, playing dominoes, pulling pranks, and fishing. These were some of the things that brought him joy and allowed him to share laughter and memorable moments with those around him.

Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Brown and Mariah Mayfield Hadnot; his brother, Willie Hadnot; his sister, Lillie B. Hadnot; his twin grandchildren, Maurice and Malaysia Johnson; and his great-nephew, Brent Minifee.

Victor leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving wife, LaKeisha Hadnot; his sons, Cameron Ervin, Djuan Hadnot, Brenden Hadnot, and Alijah Sparks; his daughters, Jennifer Boyd (Billy), Shavala Key (D. T.), Shankevia Barnes, Shanqulia Hadnot, Montoya Barron, and Victoria Hadnot; his bonus daughter, Jimiel Wilson; and 11 grandchildren. He also leaves his sister, Lakita Hadnot; his brother, Michael Hadnot (Glenda); a host of extended siblings; and many other relatives and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.

Though Victor's earthly journey has ended, the love he shared, the laughter he brought, and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
